我原本就有打算下午自己在家里跑步的，毕竟新年期间大吃大喝，容易造成肥胖，所以更需要跑步来燃烧掉多余的热量啊！
我看了Ah Kay的sms，立刻回复告诉他，我5点必须过北海吃饭，所以4点对我来说太迟了。我应该会3点半到水坝，等四点他上来时才一起会合。Ah Kay顺便告诉我庆成也会在4点出席。
于是，我三点多出门，顺便打电话给华丰和庆来，问他们是否也要上去跑步，结果他们都说没空上去。至于秀权和明长我就没有通知了。秀权应该不会在这样的日子跑步的，而明长也应该回家乡去了吧！
今天的天气实在太热了，就算是在水坝这样的山区也很吃不消。所以我今天的表现很不理想。我用了1小时11分钟跑完水坝4圈。
在我跑完第一圈时，看到庆成和Ah Kay，我以为他们会从后追赶我，可是他们并没有，应该是在等一个朋友--Ah Mark，继勇的朋友，从英国回来。
等我跑完第二圈时，庆成、Ah Kay和他的太太一起加入，至于Ah Mark则刚刚到达，也在不久后加入。
我必须特别告诉大家的是：水坝一圈的距离不是3.3km！
之前永丰用GPS仪器测量过，告诉我们说路途是3.3公里，我当时就觉得有点奇怪，因为我在这样起伏难跑的山路所创出来的是间跟平地跑步的差不多，有时还比平地跑步快呢！
今天，我因为刚买了一个拥有GPS的手表（把照片放大，可以看看我的High Tech手表，哈哈!) ，所以正好可以派上用场。结果，测量之下，平均1圈的距离只有2.8475公里（2.84km, 2.87 km, 2.85km, 2.83km）。
